People in their 50’s to those in their 80’s recognize the importance of a supervised exercise program. Aging adults are staying more active than ever before. By focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, WPT has created a functionally fun circuit training program supervised by a physical therapist. Let Fit 4 Life help you continue with active aging and a healthier lifestyle.

Our 7 week program meets Tuesday and Thursdays from September through May.  The fee is $180 for 14 one hour sessions.  Email or call to find out about our openings!
